Green Building – is sustainable design and construction that uses our resources more efficiently, while creating healthier and more energy-efficient homes, buildings, and work spaces. True success comes in the form of leaving a lighter footprint on the environment through conservation of resources, while at the same time balancing energy-efficient, cost-effective, low-maintenance products for our construction needs. In other words, green building design involves finding the delicate balance between construction and the sustainable environment.
eko Park Apartment’s unique green design and construction is based upon a sound sustainable process from guidelines set through LEED’s standards. LEED – Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is a rating system devised by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) to evaluate the environmental performance of a building and encourage market transformation towards sustainable design.
